About
Grand Adventure
Brewing

At Grand Adventure Brewing we produce "real" ales that are unfiltered and untamed. Our line-up incorporates creative American and traditional European brewing methods to produce memorable beers which consistently set up apart.

Locally Foraged

When possible, we use locally grown hops and local strains of yeast in the production of our beers. In addition, we've established a local foraging program to create beers and seltzers with a unique and "regional" flavor. Our foraging is seasonal and includes; sage, spruce tips, service berries, juniper berries, choke cherries , whortle berries.

Barrel Aged & Fermented

We have established a barrel aging and fermentation program that incorporates whiskey, wine, tequila, brandy and sherry barrels, resulting in an extremely unique set of offerings for our customers. Our line-up also includes a series of cask-draught ales, ranging from Belgium strong ales to wheat wines.

The Partnership

In May of 2019, a strategic partnership was launched by Rick Reliford (Grand Adventure Brewing), Jon Harvey (The Dean West) and Jake "Red" Waldron (Blue Valley Spirits) to establish a brewery, restaurant and distillery under a single roof. The result...Colorado's first and only Restaurant & Brewstillery!
